‏التقيت اليوم بالمبعوث الأمريكي توم بيريلو والذي اوضح ان الغرض من هذه الزيارة هو بناء علاقات جديدة مع السودان بغرض مناقشة إيصال المساعدات وانهاء الحرب وأكد اهتمام الادارات الامريكية المتعاقبة بالشأن السوداني.

 

شكرت المبعوث على الزيارة وإن تأخرت، وابلغته بأننا تابعنا المجهودات التي بذلها والمؤتمرات والاجتماعات التي عقدها في عدد من الدول من أجل حل الأزمة السودانية واكدت له بان العلاقات السودانية الامريكية شهدت فترات مد وجزر في مراحل مختلفة ولكننا الآن في حكومة السودان نتطلع إلى بناء علاقات صحية متناسقة مع اهداف الشعب السوداني ومبنية على الاحترام المتبادل، واكدت له ان زيارته بداية جيدة لبناء علاقة صحية جديدة لاسيما وإنها قد بدأت من مقار الحكومة السودانية وليس عبر المطارات أو من خارج السودان أو عن طريق مكالمات هاتفية وهذا ما سيساهم في خدمة مصالح البلدين.

 

اشرت خلال الاجتماع الي أن الأزمة التي يمر بها السودان الآن هي صنيعة أيادي سودانية ومباركة أمريكية وأوروبية إلى جانب الدعم المادي من دولة الامارات وإذا رغبت الولايات المتحدة بصورة جادة في إنهاء هذه الحرب فعليهم بحكم علاقاتهم مع دولة الإمارات ان يطلبوا منها ان تكف عن دعم مليشيا ال دقلو، واكدت للمبعوث الامريكي أنه لا يمكن أن تكون هنالك ديمقراطية واستقرار في المنطقة بأكملها في ظل وجود مليشيا الدعم السريع.

 

تطرقنا خلال نقاشنا إلى اتفاق جدة الذي يسرته الولايات المتحدة والمملكة العربية السعودية واكدت للمبعوث اننا ننظر اليه كاتفاق جيد، ولكن ما يعيبه هو انه يفتقر الى آليات التنفيذ.

 

اتفقنا في ختام اللقاء بان تستمر المناقشات بين قيادة البلدين.

The statement of H.E. Malik Agar the Vice- President of the TSC/Sudan

Today I met with American envoy Tom Perriello, who explained that the purpose of this visit is to build new relations with Sudan and and to discuss the delivery of aid and ending the war and he stressed the interest of successive US administrations in Sudanese affairs.

I thanked the envoy for the visit, even if it was delayed, and I informed him that we followed all of his efforts through the conferences and meetings he held in a number of countries in order to resolve the Sudanese crisis. I stressed to him that Sudanese-American relations have witnessed periods of tides at different stages, but now the Government of Sudan is looking forward to build healthy relations that are consistent with the goals of the Sudanese people and based on mutual respect.

I assured the envoy that his visit is a good start to building a new health relationship, especially since it began from the headquarters of the Sudanese government and not through airports or from outside of Sudan or through telephone calls, and this will contribute to serving the interests of the two countries.

During the meeting, I pointed out that the crisis that Sudan is now going through is the manufacture of Sudanese hands and American and European blessings, in addition to material support from the UAE, and if the United States is serious about ending this war, they must, by virtue of their relations with the UAE, ask it to stop supporting the Daglo militia.

I stressed to the American envoy that there can be no democracy and stability in the entire region in the presence of the rapid support militia.

During our discussion, we touched on the Jeddah agreement, which was facilitated by the United States and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and I stressed to the envoy that we view it as a good agreement, but its flawed by its lack of implementation mechanisms.

At the end of the meeting, we agreed on continuing the discussions between the leadership of the two countries.
