بيان إدانة حول قصف معسكرات النازحين:

 

ندين ونستنكر بأشد العبارات الاعتداءات المستمرة التي يتعرض لها النازحين ، حيث تتعرض معسكرات النازحين لقصف مدفعي ثقيل من قبل مليشيا الدعم السريع (الجنجويد) بقيادة آل دقلو الإرهابيين.

 

إن مليشيا الجنجويد، التي فشلت وعجزت عن مواجهة القوات المسلحة السودانية والقوة المشتركة لحركات الكفاح المسلح وبقية القوات المساندة لها في ميادين المعركة، لجأت إلى حبك الأكاذيب لتضليل الرأي العام وإيجاد ذرائع لشرعنة استهداف الفئات الأكثر ضعفاً، بما في ذلك النازحين الأبرياء والمدنيين العزل. هذا السلوك الإجرامي يمثل تخطيا صارخاً للقانون الدولي الإنساني واستمراراً لممارساتها الإرهابية.

 

وعليه، فإننا في قيادة القوة المشتركة ندين هذا الفعل الإجرامي بشدة، ونطالب المجتمع الدولي بالآتي:

 

1. اتخاذ تدابير حاسمة لمنع هذه المليشيات من الاستمرار في إرتكاب الجرائم والانتهاكات ضد المدنيين العزل.

 

2.وضع آليات للمحاسبة الرادعة وضمان إنصاف الضحايا ومنع الإفلات من العقاب، بما يسهم في وقف هذه الجرائم المتكررة.

 

3. تعزيز حماية حقوق الإنسان للنازحين الذين عانوا منذ عام 2003م من جرائم هذه المليشيات، والعمل على توفير الحماية الضرورية لهم.

 

4- علي المحكمة الجنائية الدولية وبحسب تفويضها من مجلس الأمن الدولي البدء في التحقيق فورا في الإنتهاكات وجرائم الحرب الجديدة التي ترتكب ضد المدنيين بما فيها التهجير القسري وحرق القري .

 

 

ونشير إن استمرار هذه المليشيات في نفس السلوك الإجرامي دون محاسبة يشكل تهديداً خطيراً للأمن الإقليمي والدولي، وينذر باندلاع صراعات جديدة وبدخول الإقليم في دوامة من العنف يصعب احتواؤها.

 

لذلك نناشد الجهات التالية للتحرك العاجل والفوري وبشكل جدي:

 

• الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة

• منظمة العفو الدولية

•هيومن رايتس ووتش

• المنظمات الحقوقية والإنسانية

• أصحاب الضمير الإنساني حول العالم.

 

عليكم إتخاذ خطوات فورية للوقوف بحزم إلى جانب الضحايا التي تمارس في حقهم الإبادة الجماعية في معسكرات النازحين وقري المدنيين، والعمل على إيقاف استهداف المدنيين العزل فوراً.

 

إن استهداف المدنيين العزل يشكل انتهاكاً صارخاً لكل القوانين والأعراف الدولية. لذا، يتحتم عليكم تحمل المسؤولية الإنسانية والأخلاقية والعمل على حماية الأبرياء ووضع حد لهذه الجرائم فوراً.

Statement of Condemnation Regarding the Bombing of Displaced Persons Camps

We strongly condemn and denounce the ongoing assaults targeting displaced persons, as their camps are subjected to heavy artillery shelling by the Rapid Support Forces (Janjaweed), led by the terrorist Al-Dagalo family.

The Janjaweed militia, having failed to confront the Sudanese Armed Forces, the joint force of armed struggle movements, and their allied forces on the battlefield, resorted to fabricating lies to mislead public opinion and find justifications to legitimize targeting the most vulnerable groups, including innocent displaced persons and defenseless civilians. This criminal behavior constitutes a blatant violation of international humanitarian law and a continuation of their terrorist practices.

Therefore, we, the leadership of the Joint Force, strongly condemn this criminal act and call on the international community to:

1. Take decisive measures to prevent these militias from continuing to commit crimes and violations against defenseless civilians.

2. Establish mechanisms for strict accountability to ensure justice for the victims and to prevent impunity, thereby contributing to halting these repeated crimes.

3. Strengthen the protection of human rights for displaced persons, who have suffered from these militias’ crimes since 2003, and provide them with the necessary protection.

4. The International Criminal Court (ICC), under its mandate from the UN Security Council, must immediately begin investigating the new violations and war crimes being committed against civilians, including forced displacement and the burning of villages.

We emphasize that the continued criminal behavior of these militias without accountability poses a serious threat to regional and international security, foreshadowing new conflicts and plunging the region into a cycle of violence that will be difficult to contain.

Thus, we urgently appeal to the following parties to take immediate and serious action:

• The Secretary-General of the United Nations

• Amnesty International

• Human Rights Watch

• Humanitarian and rights organizations

• People of conscience worldwide

Immediate steps must be taken to stand firmly with the victims facing genocide in displaced persons camps and civilian villages and to work towards halting the targeting of unarmed civilians immediately.

Targeting unarmed civilians represents a flagrant violation of all international laws and norms. Therefore, you must bear the humanitarian and moral responsibility to protect the innocent and put an end to these crimes without delay.
